Chester County Senior Photographer | Ben

Recently, I traveled to Minnesota for a sort of working vacation, and I got to work with this good-looking high school senior. We did the session at the same location where his sister got married a few years ago, and it gave us lots of great backdrops. His mom didn’t want any “activity-based” photos, so these shots are all Ben. I don’t blame her—she wanted no distractions from his handsome face!

Ben’s still making his final decisions about where he’ll be heading to college next year, but he may become a Golden Gopher at the U of M. Best of luck with your senior year!

It was sometimes tough to coax a smile out of this high school senior, but his mom and I managed it a few times. 🙂 But he definitely doesn’t need a smile to look handsome—in some of my favorite images from this session, he has a serious look on his face.

Ian has appeared on my website before—a few years ago, I worked with his whole family. Wow! All four kids have really grown since then! Their parents and I, however, haven’t aged a day! 🙂

As you can see, he has a truck and enjoys working on it. He’s still making decisions about where he’ll go to college, but he’s considering a landscape architecture major. Thanks for a great session, Ian—enjoy your senior year!

Chester County Senior Photographer | E

This shoot had me traveling just a *little bit* outside of Chester County . . . it was in Minnesota! I was really excited to work with Miss E on her senior photo session. I did her sister’s senior photo session five years ago, and their family has a beautiful farm that served as a perfect backdrop for her photos.

I wish all of my clients were as organized as E—she had her locations, props (including a 4-day-old calf!), and outfits all figured out ahead of time, and she’d even made notes and a diagram! We had gorgeous light and a small entourage that included her parents, grandparents, little sister, boyfriend, and yellow lab! And I have to give a shout out to my husband who was an excellent assistant on this shoot. 🙂

After graduation, E plans to go to college in Wisconsin and major in agricultural business. Just a few days after the shoot, her FFA chapter won the Premier Dairy Award at the Minnesota State Fair. Congratulations, E, and have a great senior year!

That face! What a sweetheart, and a trooper! It was a chilly morning, but little N didn’t mind. At 17 months, he’s all about being on the go. We played in the leaves, we played in the rocks, and he hung out with his daddy. He’s a daddy’s boy, and I think the feeling is mutual—check out the joy on their faces as they look at each other. Love!

The session was primarily for N, but of course we couldn’t leave out big sister B and the rest of the family. I worked with B several times when she was just a tiny thing (newborn, six months, one year). Hasn’t she grown into a beautiful girl? She was all smiles, and I’m betting it won’t be long before those two front teeth fall out!

B family, it was so much fun to see you again, and see how your family has grown! Time goes by so fast—I’m glad we could slow down for a few hours and capture these memories for you.
