Philadelphia Area Twin Photographer | A & J

These little Phillies fans were a ton of fun. And boy, did they keep me hopping! They were so sweet, too. As soon as I’d sit down to get down on their level, they’d walk right over and sit on my lap—it was great (if a little difficult to focus)! Their beautiful backyard provided a perfect backdrop for our photos, and we also got some fun ones in their playroom when we took a break to cool down.

They’re turning one in just a few weeks, and I can only imagine how much fun the cake smashing will be!

Chester County Senior Photography | Class of 2014

Senior photography sessions are one of my favorite things to shoot. It’s great to meet young people who are just getting ready to leave the nest and embark on their adult lives. (Plus, they’re generally willing to pose for me, which is more than I can say for two-year-olds!) But this photo session and this senior are special. I’ve known A for almost 18 years, because he’s my sister and brother-in-law’s son.

I can hardly believe that he’ll be beginning his senior year in just a few weeks! I remember the day he was born and holding him for the first time, and we still repeat some of the things he said when he was little (“That scawes my eyes!”). But now he’s bigger than I am, has a job, and has already enlisted in the Air Force. Where does the time go?!

We had a beautiful evening for our session, and we got a lot of different looks in one relatively small area of town. Everything from urban to ruins to nature. But they all feature this great kid who’s smart and sensitive and funny. Congratulations, Alex!

Philadelphia Area Twin Photographer | A & E

Oh. My. Goodness. I think these two are just about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! This is my second time working with them (I did their newborn photo session back in January), and I’ve known their family since I photographed their big brother’s first year almost five years ago. Click the link to see him at about this age.

We pushed the photo session back a week because of all the rainy weather, and I’m so glad. Not only was the weather warm and beautiful on the new date, but Mr. A. also had an extra week to practice his sitting skills. But I’m glad we didn’t wait two weeks, because I think Miss E might be crawling by next weekend! She’s already really good at her “yoga” moves—she does Up Dog and Down Dog like a pro! I bet she has the army crawl perfected by now, too.

Stay tuned . . . I’ll be seeing them again for their first birthday and cake smash photo session sometime in December. I’d better start working out now! 🙂

Downingtown Family Photographer | C Family

I’m happy to report that the C family and I were able to dodge the all-too-frequent raindrops and get our session in this week! We met in Downingtown for their family photos, and found some great spots in Kerr Park and around town. We also did a few head shots of Mom for her company’s website. It’s not hard to see where the kids get their good looks, is it? 🙂

Thanks, C family, for a fun photo session!
