Sweet, Sweet Baby | [West Chester Newborn Photographer]

This little guy was SUCH a sweetheart! He’s a little older than my typical newborn client, so he was definitely interested in what was going on! I just love the first shot of him—he just looks calm and relaxed. And those bright blue eyes! They’re absolutely gorgeous. And he did drift off for a little while, so we could get some sleepy shots too!

Of course, I had to include a photo of his big “sister,” E. I think they’re going to be good buds!

L and D, it was so great to meet you and little A. I really enjoyed my time with you. I’ll be in touch soon with your full gallery!

Off to School | [Chester County Senior Photographer]

I’ve known L’s mom for a long time, but our dog Maggie has spent much more time with her than I have—she’s Maggie’s dog sitter! She asked me to do some portraits of L, but instead of doing senior photos they decided to do going-off-to-college photos, as L starts school at a local university next week!

As you can see, she’s tall and beautiful! We hit several different locations around Downingtown to get these fun backgrounds. If you can’t tell, the last image was taken at the car wash! It took some convincing to get L to pose, but I think the photo turned out cute.

Heidi - I’m LOVING the carwash one (though they’re all beautiful). That’s actually a concept I’m hoping to do with a group of senior girls sometime this year–actually washing a car. Great photos!

edda - Wow! Gorgeous!! I love the one in the car wash! You rocked it, Shiela!

Brothers | [Chester County Child Photographer]

This family has been very patient in waiting for their sneak peek, and they were SO flexible when we did our session in Minnesota. We planned for an evening session, but the clouds were rolling in. After a few phone consultations, we decided to meet an hour earlier than planned to try and beat the weather. The location where we met was very dark, but we could see sunny skies off to the west. So frustrating! We couldn’t drive far enough to get better light, so we agreed to meet the next morning.

The boys had a great time “fishing” off the dock, and they were good sports when we put the fishing rods away for some other shots. I just love the middle two photos—don’t they just describe the brother relationship? Off on an adventure down the trail, and goofing around together on the blanket. I didn’t include the shots where both scenes devolved into wrestling! 🙂

A and B, thanks so much for asking me to work with the boys. They’re such sweethearts, and I had a great time. Hope they did too (even though they had to get up extra early!)!

Andrea - Sheila – These are just awesome!! Thank you so much for taking time and being so flexible while you were in MN to take these of the boys! Can’t wait to see the rest of the photos.

Thanks again ~ Andrea

Rockin’ Senior Session | [Chester County Senior Photographer}

We had gorgeous weather to do J’s senior photo session, and we didn’t even have to leave her yard to get these beautiful backdrops. Even the antique car was there! I had a really hard time narrowing things down for her sneak peek . . . take a look and you’ll see why.

Thanks, J, for a fun session! We managed to keep the mosquitoes at bay, and we got some really beautiful photos. I’ll let you know when your full gallery is ready!
