Main Line Baby Photographer: Beautiful Brown Eyes

You may remember this sweetheart from her newborn session six months ago. I can’t believe she’s gotten so big! We were hoping for some beautiful fall weather last weekend, and we did get some . . . about 20 minutes after our session ended and Miss A had gone down for her nap. 🙁 But that’s okay—we’re sure to have good weather for her one year session in May, right?!

This image almost looks like we were in the studio, but we were just in A’s room. She was getting ready for a quick bath in the sink.

And finally, here she is with Mom and Dad’s support. I just can’t get over those big brown eyes.

K and M, it was so great seeing you all again. I hope you’re having a great time in Tennessee. I’ll be in touch as soon as the rest of your gallery is ready. Happy Thanksgiving!

Main Line Baby Photographer: Little Boy Blue

I met sweet B and his parents a few weeks ago at their house. Would you look at those big brown eyes?!

We put him in lots of situations that were new to him. When’s the last time you sat in a bowl on top of the dining room table?

I just can’t resist those baby feet!

We didn’t have the best weather, but the rain let up toward the end of our session and we headed outside for just a few more before B was ready for his nap.

Thank you, M family, for inviting me to your home. It was great to meet you all and have some fun with the B-Man. Your gallery will be ready soon!

Chester County Newborn Photographer: Brand New

Just look at how happy and proud these new parents are! You may remember them from late last summer. I love being able to capture new families in their first few days together!

Little S. was a trooper as we moved her around and put her in some unusual situations. Baby in a Basket is always a popular shot:

But we also let her snooze on the beanbag with a space heater nearby. Who wouldn’t want to do that on a chilly fall afternoon?!? 🙂

And of course, we had to get some shots of those little piggies.

W. family, thank you so much for the opportunity to document this part of your life. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Chester County Maternity Photographer: Overdue

Just to be clear, the title of this post refers to my timeliness (or lack thereof!) in writing it—not the status of the bambino you see in the photos! I got together with K and W a few weeks ago, and we were hoping to get outside for some beautiful fall shots. Alas! It wasn’t meant to be, as the day was rainy and more than a little bit windy!

But we had fun anyway . . . they just happened to have these beautiful flowers, and I think they look great with the color of the wrap.

The silhouette look seems to be a favorite of my maternity clients, and I love it too. Something about the way the light wraps around that beautiful belly just draws the viewer right in.

I really had a great time working with you, K and W. I’m looking forward to meeting your little one in a few months!
